   Dongfang has six automatic production lines. Vertical Type Injection Pressure Molding Lines and Automatic 

Sand-coating Iron Mold Production Lines involve high technics and sophisticated automation.The whole production 

process takes automatically thermostatic pouring and chill molding,avoiding artificial effects on product quality.

These advantages make products grains more refined,structure more compact,and quality superior.

8.Unique heat treatment process

  Metallic materials consist of a microstructure of small crystals called "grains" or crystallites.

The nature of the grains (i.e. grain size and composition) is one of the most effective factors

that can determine the overall mechanical behavior of the metal. Heat treatment provides

an efficient way to manipulate the properties of the metal by controlling the rate of diffusion 

and the rate of cooling within the microstructure. In the R & D practice, Dongfang invents

and other skills. Machine oil is used to quench, making workpiece heated evenly, promoting 

the first formed carbide decompose once again and then forming uniformly distributed reticular 

carbides in the matrix. Hardness gap between center and surface is less than 1.5 HRC.
