  Machine oil is used to quench,making workpiece heated evenly,promoting the first formed carbide decompose

  once again and then forming uniformly distributed reticular carbides in the matrix.

    Due to the unique heat treatment process, grinding medias obtain the required hardness and metallurgical 

  structure,and the hardness difference from surface to core is less than 1.5 HRC.
