  Heat treatment guarantees quality. In the R & D practice, Dongfang invents Application

Method for Warm Period Timing Quenching in Grinding Materials Heat Treatment and other 

skills. Machine oil is used to quench, making workpiece heated evenly, promoting the first

formed carbide decompose once again and then forming uniformly distributed reticular 

carbides in the matrix. Hardness gap between center and surface is less than 1.5 HRC.
